1. 99.99% Uptime Commitment
Smart Baba guarantees that your containerized cloud environment and edge routing infrastructure will remain available 99.99% of the time in any given calendar billing cycle.
2. Service Credit Schedule
- 99.0% – 99.9% Uptime: 10% Monthly Hosting Credit
- 95.0% – 98.9% Uptime: 25% Monthly Hosting Credit
- Below 95.0% Uptime: 50% Monthly Hosting Credit
